SLIGO ESTATES was first set up in 1976 by the Late Mr Francis Kelly Snr. (1948- 1995) In offices at Quay Street, Sligo.
Since then the Business has grown steadily and has become a well-established estate agency up to the Present day.

Throughout the economic boom of the 90’s, Sligo Estates have positioned themselves as the market leader for the sale of previously owned home’s in Sligo, and have diversified into the new homes market accounting for a large share of its business.
 

The Firm is an associate Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.

Presently the Business is owned and managed by Mrs. Frances Kelly I.P.A.V.
Employed in the firm are her Son Mr. Gregory Kelly, M.I.A.V.I. and
Mrs. Angela Davey.


Meet The Team
     
  Frances Kelly I.P.A.V.
  Frances has been working in the business since it’s inception 27 years ago. Working in all areas of the business over the years, she now focuses mainly on advising and negotiating property sale’s, with her vast experience offering both the Vendor and Purchaser Professional Personal Advice.
     
  Gregory Kelly M.I.A.V.I.
  Gregory studied Civil Engineering in Sligo IT in 1994 , graduating with a certificate transferring to, Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency in DIT Bolton Street, Dublin. Finishing in 1998 receiving a Diploma and Accreditation to the Institute of Auctioneer’s and Valuers. Greg has worked in the business since then and deals with most aspects of the business including negotiating, Valuing, Viewing and Administration.
     
  Angela Davey
  Angela has been with the firm for the last 12 years and has gained vast expierence in the property field. Based mostly in the office, she has responsibility for negotiating, accounts and administration.
